Where's my order?
We send orders out 5 times a week by Royal Mail. Upon fulfilment, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Please use this to track your order from us.
International orders will also receive a tracking number, but will be subject to the service for the location the parcel is being sent too.
What's Your Returns Policy?

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Event tickets, and digital goods are non refundable.
Using Show Up Club Returns Labels
A fee of £2.95 per return will be applied. This fee covers the cost of shipping, processing and handling your return. The return fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
You can absolutely return your item by your courier of choice. Any lost returns using a service other than our returns service are at the risk of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for an exchange of the same item (like for like) at no additional cost to you. Faulty or damaged items cannot be exchanged for different sizes, or products.
How to Return an Item
- Start Your Return: Initiate your return or exchange by visiting the following link to generate a returns label.http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/7376
- Attach the Returns Label: Please follow the directions on our Royal Mail portal. This will offer options for customers who do and do not have access to a printer.
- Send Your Return: All returns are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Can I use Dr. Sturm products if I have sensitive skin?
Absolutely. All of our products are especially designed for sensitive skin and should be gentle enough to be tolerated by even the most sensitive skin types since Dr. Barbara Sturm avoids any superfluous and aggressive ingredients that can cause rather than combat inflammation and irritated skin.
However, everyone's skin is unique and skin can negatively react to any ingredient. For example, some people may find they are sensitive to natural ingredients such as essential oils or fruit extracts, and for this reason we display the full product ingredients within the product page of our website to enable customers to make an informed choice before purchase. Even the most 'gentle' ingredients can cause a reaction in certain people's skin so we recommend patch testing a small amount of the product on the inside skin of the wrist area to ascertain its compatibility.
