Round One: School Disco Reloaded

Round Two: R&B Rewind

Round Three: Club Classics Comeback.

The Format

One group runs, the other spins — then we switch it up. The music is the same on the run (yes we bring the tunes), and in the spin studio.

Each round is 12-15 mins with a 5 minute changeover in between.

You’ll move, laugh, and sing your way through it all, with a quick breather between rounds to high five, hydrate, and share the moments.

Come on your own or with your girls — everyone’s welcome. We'll bring the drinks and the snacks.

No competition, no pressure, just the best playlist of your life and a whole lot of fun.
