These come up generously so we'd recommend sizing down, especially if you sit between sizes. The 7/8 length hits perfectly as a full length legging up to around 5'6. If you're taller or have a longer leg, go for the full length.

. The soul soft leggings are without a doubt THE best leggings I’ve ever owned. So many pairs would fall down, feel too tight, or too baggy in places. But soul soft never let me down. I do a lot of exercise as I teach, and wouldn’t be without these now. The fact they have TWO pockets, and one zip pocket for a small locker key at the back is a game changer. I can fit my phone in one pocket, and a hotel key card in the other when on holiday so i can keep them separate and not keep getting locked out! The colours are lush, the material is sooooo soft, and I wear them casually out for coffee, round the house or of course an exercise class.
These are THE BEST leggins I have ever purchased!! They are so comfortable, and are buttery soft. They stay up during all my workouts and are genuinely squat proof. The side pockets are very neat and don’t change the lines of the item as some other brands do with uncomfortable seams. They also wash incredibly well with no bobbling. I now have multiple pairs and wear them for workouts and general day wear. Hugely recommend giving these a try and true to normal size.

These are by far the most comfortable leggings I own, buttery soft, a high waist that doesn’t budge, and a generous fit, I’m a 12, sometimes a 14, and the 12 fit perfectly. I’m 5 11, and the longer length falls just above the ankle. I have these in all the colours, can’t wait for another colour to be released!
